This template creates a link to an entry, regardless of it being in the main or Appendix namespaces.

Usage

Simply use this template where a link is to appear.

Parameters

All are positional (unnamed) parameters:

• 1= The language code. If no language code is provided, it is en.
• 2= The entry to be linked.
• 3= The optional resulting text, which may be different from the entry title.

Examples

• {{makelink|en|type}}

  In the main namespace, it links to type.

  In the Appendix:Pokémon, differently, it links to type.
