నల్లవుండనైనా వేస్తారు, తెల్లవుండలు నిండ్డావుంటే అతణ్ని ప్రవేశ పెట్టుతారు,
నల్లవుండలు అధికముగా వుంటే అతణ్ని ప్రవేశపెట్టరు, దీనికి
Ballot అనిపేరు.
